Adam’s business degree specializing in business management studies and his additional specific training in steel building erection, construction estimating and home inspection have prepared him to succeed. His family background in the construction industry gave him the practical training to specialize in the erection of pre-engineered steel buildings.

Barry’s past ownership of several different businesses along with his passion for building construction enabled the vision to grow into reality. Barry’s training in steel building erection has allowed him to perfect his previous home renovation/construction experience and grow it into Cavalry’s design build model.

Controller/Inside support
Meg’s history includes being a CFO of a manufacturing company, and she brings this knowledge and financial direction to Cavalry Contracting Inc.. She is also completing the tasks of inside support for project co-ordination and sales support until such time as a suitable replacement candidate can be found

FRASER
FOREMAN
Fraser earned his promotion to Foreman earlier this year (2020) and continues to grow in this role as he effectively carries out his additional responsibilities while being an essential part of the crew. In addition to five years construction experience ( including a unique experience in Australia’s construction industry), Fraser has successfully completed the Gold Seal accredited Basics of Supervisor’s course and maintains current certifications in Working at Heights, Elevated Platform, class 7 Telehandler and WHMIS. From heading up hockey pools to job sites, Fraser has proven himself to be a skilled team player who builds relationships with a great sense of humour. Cavalry is excited to see what he will bring to the team in the upcoming year as he contributes daily to the mission of providing quality workmanship to every customer.

Our Policies
WSIB Policy
Did you know that WSIB coverage is mandatory for any construction Job in Ontario (no matter the size)? It is your responsibility to ensure, that when you are dealing with any contactor, you ask for their current WSIB clearance certificate. Cavalry Contracting has complete and current WSIB Certification and coverage for all of our employees and we also ensure that all of our subcontractors are current with their WSIB coverage.
Health and Safety
A safe work environment is very important to us and we have created a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy that protects our crew. All crew members have been certified with WHMIS, Working At Heights and Elevated work platform. (All Certifications will be available on every site!)
Insurance Policy
Cavalry Contracting has a $5,000,000.00 Builders Risk Insurance Policy. We will supply you a copy that covers you (the owner), and us (the builder) for any risk unforeseen, for the entire length of the project, until it is transferred to your personal insurance. Please make sure before you start any project, on your home, property or business that you have all the necessary coverage in case something does happen while contractors are on site!
