We need members to join our growing team! We have immediate openings for Construction workers to assist in the installation of fabric buildings and engineered steel buildings, construction of wood framed buildings, metal siding/roofing in Agricultural & Commercial industries (Crew Leader position also available)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years Construction experience are preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required with the ability to get to and from work sites with own transportation
  • Working at Heights certification and other Health & Safety Certifications are required and an asset (Cavalry is willing to train)
  • Steel toed boots, standard PPE and tool pouch are required (other equipment will be provided by Cavalry)

Key responsibilities/Details:

– Experience in steel erecting, fabric buildings, framing or metal siding is an asset

– Must have the ability to measure and cut substrates (wood, metal siding etc.)

– Position will involve the use of tools and heavy equipment (i.e. gas saws & grinders, nail guns & skill saws, impacts, drills), experience is an asset

– Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs)

– Loading and unloading of construction materials is required

– Assist in the maintenance of tools, equipment, and overall organization & safety of job site

– Manual dexterity needed and the ability to work in a team environment

– Must be willing to learn in and adapt to a fast-paced environment

– Punctuality, standard PPE and a commitment to Health & Safety procedures are essential

-Must be able to work in outdoor conditions through all seasons
